Ads to Close · Accounting Firms · Fractional CFOs

Your ads agency should know how an accounting firm actually runs.
We do.

You've hired agencies that couldn't explain what a tax planning engagement is. We've spent seven years marketing them.

We hear this from every firm we talk to

Does this sound familiar?

Every firm we talk to has the same story. You hired an agency, spent thousands, and got garbage. The agency sent leads. The leads didn't pick up. The ones who did couldn't afford you.

"We spent more on ads last year than we did on our office lease. I still can't tell you what we got for it."

From chaos to control

Here's what changes when your agency actually understands your business.

Before
  • 50+ "leads" per month, mostly junk
  • No-shows, tire-kickers, spam
  • Your sales person wastes hours on bad calls
After
  • 25-37+ booked appointments per month. Scales with your budget
  • Business owners making $1M+, already familiar with what you do
  • Your sales person closes engagements, not chases strangers
90% reduction in wasted sales calls

The 3 pillars of what we do

All three work together. That's the point.

Experience

Industry Insider

Most marketing agencies learn your industry from a Google search. We spent 7 years inside it. That means zero ramp-up, copy that already speaks your client's language, and strategy built around how accounting firms actually grow.

  • Your business model is our starting point, not a learning curve
  • Messaging calibrated to firm owners, not generic "business owners"
  • We know why $1M+ business owners say yes to a tax plan, and what makes them walk

Execution

Full-Funnel Ownership

One team builds and runs everything. Ads, pages, qualification, follow-up, reporting. No handoffs between departments, no gaps between your ad and your calendar. When something breaks, we fix it.

  • Single team, single system, single point of accountability
  • Nothing falls between "the ad worked" and "the appointment booked"
  • There's no one else to call when something breaks, because we built every piece

Qualification

Strategic Friction

We make it harder to book on purpose. Pre-screening, VSL qualification, application forms. The people who get through are the ones worth your sales team's time.

  • Filters out tire-kickers before they reach your calendar
  • Every booked call is someone who already knows what you do
  • Qualifying happens at the application, not on the call your sales team takes

About Mason

  • I spent 7 years inside the accounting industry at Corvee and TAS Scale before I ever ran an ad for an accounting firm.

  • I've helped hundreds of firm owners, built backend systems, and seen what profitable practices look like from the inside. Most marketers read about your business. We've lived it. Not from the outside.

  • I put real money into ongoing skill development. The Master Internet Marketing certification on my desk took 500+ hours, and it's not the only one. Most agencies stop learning the day they sign their first client.

  • Most agencies hand your account to a junior media buyer the day you sign. We don't. Every operator on our team passes the same test: if I wouldn't let them run ads for my family, they don't run ads for you. Same bar.

Questions you're
probably asking

Most agencies are media buyers with good sales pitches. They manage your ads and hand you a spreadsheet of "leads." We build and own your entire funnel, from ad creative to qualification flow to booked appointment. When something underperforms, we fix it. We don't send you a report and shrug.

It means we intentionally add steps that filter out unqualified prospects before they reach your calendar. VSL pages, pre-screening questions, application forms. Most agencies would call this "reducing conversions." We call it "making sure your sales person isn't wasting time on tire-kickers."

We strongly recommend it. Our strategies (3-day booking windows, fast follow-ups, qualification gates) need someone with open calendar slots. If you're running the firm and taking sales calls, those slots don't exist and the system stalls. Can it work without a dedicated sales person? Yes. Do we recommend it? No. The goal here is to give you the volume to add 2, 3, 5+ sales staff over time. If you don't know how to hire that team, we have partners who do.

It varies, the same way a tax plan varies by client. A real estate investor and a service business owner don't get the same strategy because their situations aren't the same. Same here. One firm walks in with no funnel, no tracking, and 4-year-old creative. Another has most of the pieces and just needs the strategy sharpened. We build for what's actually in front of us, not a template. Specifics get worked out on the call.

What we won't do: bind you to a 6-month contract, auto-renew terms, or charge a penalty if you leave. That's how mediocre agencies guarantee they get paid. We don't need to scam you into a long-term contract to keep your business.

Most campaigns start generating booked appointments in a week and a half to 3 weeks once we're live. Speed to live depends on how fast you can get us creative assets and intake info. From there, the system sharpens as we learn what your specific market responds to.

Accounting firms and CFOs are where the deepest expertise lives. That's the niche we built the methodology around. Here's the thing though: the systems we run (full-funnel ownership, strategic friction, qualification gates) work for any high-ticket service business that books appointments. If you're outside accounting or finance and you've read this far, we should still talk. The methodology travels.

About 5 hours of recording on your end, split across 2-3 sessions. That's it. We make it fast with a teleprompter workflow and scripts written in your voice, so you're not memorizing someone else's language. We're doing the heavy research on your firm and market on our end. The specifics get walked through on the call.

This work is why we beat other agencies. Doing it with speed is why you'll beat other firms. If you've read this far, you've got the drive. We just need you to move.
